Conference attendees have access to discounted guest rooms at the Sonesta Fort Lauderdale Beach during the 2026 RTCM Annual Assembly & Conference and the 2026 Digital@Sea North America Conference.

• RTCM Members may reserve guest rooms in two ways:

  • Reserve Through RTCM (Exclusive Member Discount) — booking directly through RTCM provides additional savings beyond the standard conference rate.

  • Reserve Through Sonesta (Conference Rate) — members also have the flexibility to book directly with the hotel at the conference rate using the Reserve through Sonesta link below.

• Non‑Members may reserve guest rooms at the conference rate using the Reserve through Sonesta link below.

Important Notes

• Discounted rooms are available only for registered conference attendees.
• RTCM members receive extra savings when booking through the RTCM Through RTCM link.
• Rooms are limited and expected to sell out quickly — early booking is strongly encouraged.
• Booking Deadline: April 8, 2026 — reservations must be made by this date to secure discounted conference rates.
