SC139 on Digital Maritime Messaging Service has jointly authored an information paper with the U.S. for consideration by IMO at NCSR-11.  A Committee Draft standard has been posted for members in the documents and communications portal for SC139.  The Special Committee will next meet virtually on 04 April 2024 and subsequently in person on 08 May 2024 in Atlantic Beach, FL at the One Ocean Resort during the RTCM Annual Assembly.
